* In the process
**These projects will only be initiated once we secure investors and partners for drug development
Proof of Concept
Today, we have formulated hypotheses regarding 2 main mechanisms of life extension. Our mission is to further develop and validate these hypotheses through proof of concept. To accomplish this, we need to hire additional laboratory personnel.
For a comprehensive exploration of the first mechanism, we estimate it will take us 2 years and $500K.
To thoroughly investigate the second mechanism, we anticipate a four-five-year timeline, with an annual budget of $200,000 ($1M in total).
This funding, totaling between $1 million and $1.5 million, will cover employee salaries and experimental costs.
Drug Development
We have a promising drug candidate that aligns with the MoLE-1. However, given our limited experience in drug development, we are eager to explore collaboration opportunities with a seasoned team or pharmaceutical company to bring this drug to fruition. We are actively seeking partners who share our vision and have expertise in the field.
Longevica Mice Study-2
Mice Study-2 Goals:
To re-test the most promising compounds from Longevica Mice Study-1:
in bigger cohorts
with an addition of male mice
Series of experiments for better understanding of MoLE1 and MoLE2
Testing:
different dosages (e.g., change of dosage increased the efficiency of Rapamycin from 12-14% to 23-26%)
different intervention starts (at earlier and older age) affect the study (e.g., calorie restriction is more effective at an earlier intervention start)
new promising compounds (berberine, vitamin D, etc.)
Data analysis of biomarkers set in collaboration with other scientists
For Mice study-2 we are looking for
Non-for-profit sponsorship of $5-10 M for 5-6 years
Our anticipated outcomes include:
Identifying numerous (dozens) individual compounds with statistically significant Life Extension Effect. Today this goal looks “impossible”!
Obtaining confirmations (“proof”) of the MoLE1 and MoLE2.
If we’re right, then all widely known Mechanisms are …wrong!?Following the conclusion of this experiment, we will be well-positioned to explore combinations with various substances.
Longevica Mice Study-3
We expect that Longevica Mice Study-2 will span approximately 6 years, leading us to the year 2030 when we intend to initiate Longevica Mice Study-3. In this upcoming study, armed with a comprehensive understanding of the mechanisms behind lifespan extension, we will have the opportunity for the first time to create meaningful combinations of substances and assess the synergy among compounds operating through different mechanisms.
Pet Products Development
This project is currently in the launching of the first life extending pet products in the market.
Dietary Supplements Development
We have ambitious plans to develop dietary supplements crafted from “Longevics” – compounds that have demonstrated statistically significant effects on lifespan. These supplements will be meticulously formulated to enhance overall health, reduce the incidence of diseases, and ultimately, extend lives.
